Contract
Approval for Conservation Design Forum
The Board of Commissioners approved the agreement
for the preparation of a Master Plan for Lake Ellyn Park with Conservation
Design Forum in the sum of $46,420, subject to legal counsel review.
Contract
Approval for Solaris Roofing Solutions, Inc.
The Board of Commissioners approved the “owner-contractor
agreement” with Solaris Roofing Solutions, Inc., for Ackerman Sports &
Fitness Center’s Roof Overclad Project in the sum of $637,500 plus the sum of
$41,625 for heat trace3 alternate for a total amount of $679,125.
Customer
Service Plan Update
Staff updated the Board on the progress of the
Customer Service Plan and listed several items the Park District has already
implemented.
