Staff presented a review of the 2012
budget through the first six months of the calendar year.
Use
of District Vehicles, Equipment, Facilities and Cell Phones Policy
The Board of Commissioners discussed a
formal policy regarding the use of park district issued cell phones. Discussion
will continue at the August 21 Board meeting.
Fund
Balance Policy Change
Staff presented an updated fund balance
policy which redefines classifications of fund balance per the Governmental
Accounting Standards Board Statement No. 54 (GASB 54).
Ackerman
Roof Overclad Pay Request #1
The Board of Commissioners reviewed pay
request #1 for the Ackerman roof overclad in the amount of $294,726.25.
The Board of Commissioners came to a
consensus to place the pay request on the consent agenda for the August 17 regular meeting.
